2024 SPELLING BEE PROGRAM

 Calling all students!

Registration for the Junior Bee (K-2) and Senior Bee (3-6) is now closed.

The top 3 JR. Spelling Bee winners are invited to participate in the FHES (Senior) Spelling Bee. 

The FHES Bee champion will be invited to compete in the Fairfax County Spelling Bee in March 2024.

PARENTS:  We will need your help to make these events a success!  Please sign up to help below:

HOW TO PREPARE:

• Study the official practice word lists (available after registration).
• Borrow copies of the official practice word lists from the School Library.
• Visit spelling practice websites.
• Watch videos of the National Spelling Bee on youtube. 
• Download the Word Club app, available for free in the App Store and Google Play Store. There you can choose from multiple different quiz and study options. 
• READ, READ, READ!!!
